If you suspect an emergency or critical situation requiring immediate care:

• Severe vomiting or diarrhea without appetite

• Difficulty urinating frequent urination attempts, strning

How we operate:

Upon arrival:

• No appointment is necessary; a call in advance helps us prepare.

• A nurse will conduct an initial assessment of the situation.

During consultation:

• Our vets will perform a comprehensive physical exam and discuss treatment options with you based on their findings.

In the case of hospitalization:

• Your pet will receive 247 medical care provided by our experienced staff of veterinarians and nurses.

• Diagnostic tests are readily avlable as required.

Visiting restrictions:

• If your pet is hospitalized, please call ahead for visitation arrangements. We do not encourage drop-ins due to the high volume of emergencies.

Emergency Consultation Fee: SGD $165 + GST

Public Holiday Consultation Fee: SGD $250 + GST

Fees cover services provided and do not include treatment or diagnostic costs.

For hospitalized patients, a deposit of 50 of the initial estimate will be requested upon admission.
