Our Procedure - What You Can Expect

Upon arrival at Westside Emergency Vet:

1. No need to make an appointment as we operate on a walk-in basis.

2. Upon your pet's arrival, one of our nurses will conduct a preliminary assessment.

3. We follow triage protocols similar to those in hospitals; thus, critical cases are atted to first.

Once seen by a veterinarian:

• A comprehensive physical exam is performed.

• Our medical team will discuss their findings and recommed treatment options with you.

For hospitalized pets:

• Your pet will receive round-the-clock care from our veterinarians and nurses who specialize in emergency medicine.

• We use advanced diagnostic tools like CT scans, digital radiography, and ultrasonography to ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

  All fees are subject to GST. A deposit of 50 of the initial estimate will be required for hospitalized patients.
